Winter Solstice Yoga

I invite you to celebrate the light within on this darkest day of the year. It's a potent time for going inward, for sourcing inspiration for the upcoming year. Stoke the flame of your passions, dreams and potential transformations. After class there will be time for tea and Christmas cookies.

Come and join me for this warming and nurturing Yin & Yang class. Beginners are welcome.
