This article describes the issue of users receiving the ‘nc.windows.app.23712’ error message, when they try to launch Network Connect.
Problem :
Network Connect has been configured for multiple roles (or virtual systems).
There are some groups that are able to launch successfully and some unable to complete the launch.
When Network Connect fails to launch, users receive the nc.windows.app.23712 error message.
A different IVE user can login and successfully launch Network Connect.
Solution:
There is an issue with the configuration of Network Connect, which is preventing the adapter from being successfully configured. The configuration error can occur at several different places.
Some examples of failure:
There is no DNS server configured or the DHCP server is not reachable.
The split-tunneling networks are incorrectly defined.
