Landcorp goods to be auctioned by Turners in New Zealand’s largest rural equipment and vehicle auction

Turners Auctions will put more than 200 items under the hammer next month in its annual clearance auction on behalf of State-Owned Enterprise, Landcorp Farming.

The North Island leg of New Zealand’s largest rural equipment and vehicle auction will take place at Aratiatia Station in Taupo on September 14. The catalogue of assets for sale includes motorbikes, quad bikes, utes, tractors and a wide range of farming equipment.

Jason Tredgett, Turners’ Commercial and Industrial Branch Manager, says the two annual Landcorp Auctions are hugely popular with commercial and lifestyle farmers wanting quality vehicles and equipment at a sharp price.

“This auction is perfect for anyone looking for gear that has been regularly serviced and is in good, honest used condition. Last year everything sold and we expect the same level of interest this year,” says Tredgett.

The full catalogue of auction lots will be found at www.turners.co.nz prior to the auction and viewing of the items for sale is welcomed on September 13 and prior to the auction commencing on September 14.

The auction will be held at 10.00am, at Landcorp’s Aratiatia Station, 164 Aratiatia Road, RD2, Taupo, on Wednesday September 14. Online bidding will be available to those who have pre-registered on Turners Live.

For those in the South Island, a second auction of Landcorp assets will take place on the 10th of October at Turners’ Christchurch branch and will feature quad bikes, utes and a number of tractors.
