With Majora’s Mask 3D out, it has been a topic trending all across the gaming sphere. In celebration of the remake’s release, Akira Himekawa, the main force behind Nintendo’s official Zelda manga, has released two never before seen pages that were scrapped from the Majora’s Mask manga. They chose to release these pieces through Hammer Space. The pieces depict Romani Ranch with Link, Epona, and the rest of the gang. I can’t seem to make out the Japanese well enough to translate, but maybe the rest of you can. Either way, it’s a nice look at some never released manga…

This weeks featured Cosplay is by Cystel86 and Hikari-Mylene of Deviant Art.

I’ve decided to feature their portrayal of two of our favourite Majora’s Mask characters: Cremia and Romani, sisters of Romani Ranch.

The two girls are quite popular as artists and, of the few characters they have Cosplayed, I think that the Cremia and Romani costumes are the sweetest of their work…

Majora’s Mask launched on Nintendo Switch Online last week, giving many Zelda fans the opportunity to rediscover this beloved Nintendo 64 classic. The debut has also given many fans the chance to re-assess the game’s many unique quirks and eccentricities, including the gameplay concepts it introduced that the series as a whole adopted, as well as those that were never revisited. My most recent playthrough of Majora’s Mask, for example, has had me reflecting on the Giant’s Mask. This unique…

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask is finally here for the Nintendo Switch! And what better way to celebrate this wonderful game by making the famous Chateau Romani drink from Youtube content creator Crude Culinary?  Chateau Romani is a drink that differs from Lon Lon Milk as it’s sold in the members only Milk Bar in Clock Town; and it gives unlimited magic for three days. Some characters prefer to sip on this delicious and expensive milk while the world…

The Zelda series has had a few bizarre and fantastical settings throughout the past thirty-five years. To me, none of them eclipse Termina for its surreal design and wacky encounters. The Wonderland-like realm is on the verge of destruction from an apocalyptic Moon. The larger threat of extinction is further highlighted by a myriad of small personal tragedies that afflict each individual that the Hero of Time meets. The stylistic differences between Termina and Ocarina of Time’s Hyrule are further…

The Milk Bar from Majora’s Mask is one of the most interesting locations in the Zelda universe. The highly exclusive bar requires their members to show their proof of membership in the form of the Romani’s Mask. The location, which is only open for a few hours each night, is also the premier musical venue in Clock Town. Overall, Zelda games rarely have locations resemble places that could exist in our modern would, so the chill hangout and live music…

Editor’s Note: This article was originally published May 24, 2019. Romani Ranch is a small ranch community located off of Termina Field, home to Cremia, Romani, and a bunch of cows. The location serves a halfway point for Link’s quest in Majora’s Mask, as the path from Milk Road is originally blocked by a boulder and Link can only blow it up once he obtains a Powder Keg after conquering the game’s second dungeon. In addition to an opportunity to…

The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time was, and still is, one of the most acclaimed video games of all time. Released in 1998, Ocarina of Time broke numerous sales records and introduced numerous innovations to 3D action/adventure games. Across all commonly accepted metrics, the game was a colossal success. And only two years after Ocarina of Time‘s release, Nintendo released Majora’s Mask, a sequel that had a large number of mechanical and graphical similarities to its 1998 predecessor….

||  Previous Chapter  ||  Next Chapter  || How can something that large move so quickly? I staggered back, still clutching Carter’s mask. Such a silly inclination really, to be protective over the remains of a man who tried to kill me. Azamuku gritted his teeth and clapped twice. Within seconds, a gigantic black disc appeared and the golden serpent bounced back. It shook its head and hissed at the mage. “So, the Goddesses send light spirits to do their dirty work…
