Worldwide patents are in place for DCP. The above mentioned country list is not complete.

At present we do have various and reliable contacts with very well known pharmaceutical companies. Some of them have informed us, that if we have multi centre phase 1 clinical trial results conducted under FDA and EMEA standards and showing low toxicity and a clear therapeutic effect, that they would be interested to in-license this compound. After a successful conclusion of the clinical trial phase 1 and considering the competition factor amongst the interested parties, Bioplatin Ltd, together with its advisers, will be in an excellent position to take advantage of this competitive environment.
