Our company:

Celena was set up by Eric Gillain to meet the needs of business executives and project team leaders who have to endure endless meetings and presentations and cut through masses of data to manage their businesses and deliver on their projects.

Celena is based in Zug in Switzerland. We serve local and international clients, small and large, across industries, with a focus on healthcare.

Our mission:

To coach clients and their teams to deliver solutions to their complex problems, rapidly, with the team aligned to implement them.

Founder:

I am an experienced multi-cultural executive with background in health care and consumer goods. My experience includes running the marketing services organization for Novartis globally, leading the OTC business unit in France and managing several product categories for Roche and Procter & Gamble.

Over the last 6 years, my roles have turned to team coaching and training program development and delivery, to embed analysis and decision-making frameworks. My interventions have covered audiences across commercial and scientific functions, with participants from junior managers to experienced senior executives.

I have become passionate about empowering management teams to confront the tough issues they face, make clear choices and communicate compelling stories, with simplicity. I specialize in the techniques and facilitating workshops to enable management teams to do this.

I have a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Adult Teaching in Lausanne, Switzerland, to complement my experience.
